Due to the perishable and consumable nature of our products (dehydrated fruits), we maintain a strict return policy for hygiene and safety.
Eligibility for Returns: Returns are only accepted if:
The product received is damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery.
The product is expired.
The wrong item was shipped.
Reporting Period: You must report any issues within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@solvianaturals.com with clear photos of the product and the outer packaging.
Refund Process: * Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method (bank account, credit card, or wallet).
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we will request your bank details to initiate an NEFT transfer.
Non-Returnable Items: Items that have been opened, used, or where the seal is broken are not eligible for return unless they are defective.
