Return & Refund Policy

Due to the perishable and consumable nature of our products (dehydrated fruits), we maintain a strict return policy for hygiene and safety.

  • Eligibility for Returns: Returns are only accepted if:

    1. The product received is damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery.

    2. The product is expired.

    3. The wrong item was shipped.

  • Reporting Period: You must report any issues within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@solvianaturals.com with clear photos of the product and the outer packaging.

  • Refund Process: * Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.

    • Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method (bank account, credit card, or wallet).

    • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we will request your bank details to initiate an NEFT transfer.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Items that have been opened, used, or where the seal is broken are not eligible for return unless they are defective.
